Behaviour change techniques describe the content of behaviour change interventions, but do not adequately account for the actions that people must themselves undertake to successfully change or self-manage motivation or behaviour. This paper describes the development of a compendium of self-enactable techniques, combining behaviour- and motivation-regulation techniques across six existing classifications of behaviour change techniques and three scoping reviews. Aquest article presenta i valora la tasca desenvolupada per la xarxa d'universitats Institut Joan Lluís Vives amb motiu del seu desè aniversari. A partir de la documentació generada pel mateix Institut, s'observa la seua preocupació pels temes relacionats amb la llengua. D'acord amb això, valoro la tasca efectuada per l'Institut des d'un vessant més sociolingüístic. Intento mostrar que si bé la feina de l'Institut ha permès que la llengua catalana guanyi prestigi acadèmic, això no ha implicat un augment del seu ús en l'àmbit universitari.

La característica diferenciadora que poseen los enfoques postcoloniales en traducción radica en el hecho de que éstos analizan encuentros interculturales que se desarrollan en contextos marcados por desequilibrios en las relaciones de poder y es ahí donde se manifiestan tanto sus virtudes como sus defectos. Su mayor aportación ha sido sacar a la luz el papel del poder en la producción y recepción de traducciones.
