Asiakasdatan kerääminen on tärkeää yritysten pyrkiessä lisäämään asiakastuntemustaan. Tämän tutkielman tarkoituksena on käsitellä asiakasdatan keräämisen keinoja, liiketoiminnan joustavuutta sekä näiden välistä yhteyttä ohjelmistoyritysten tapauksessa. Tässä tutkielmassa asiakasdatan keräämisen keinot on jaettu kahteen pääosaan: perinteisiin ja digitaalisiin keinoihin. The first objective of this study was to analyze social cognition deficits of children with ADHD, high-functioning ASD (HFASD), and typical development (TD) in their performance on explicit and applied measures of theory of mind (ToM).
