In this paper we propose a new mobility model that uses sea transports for systematic and occasional users, tourists, etc.., which must reach the airports of Palermo and Trapani. In particular fast ferries, even with their operational limitations, can be used for quick links designed for the mobility demand that interests the airports of Western Sicily. Il contributo si propone di scandagliare la tensione, cui si trova la pubblica amministrazione, tra esigenze di semplificazione e ricerca di forme di partecipazione inclusive. Partendo da una disamina del contesto attuale, dei problemi collegati al digital divide, si analizza la portata del rapporto tra innovazione sociale e welfare digitale nella pubblica amministrazione. Si approfondisce altresì il tema delle ICT come strumenti di benessere sociale, anche in funzione di trasparenza. Nuovi modelli di condivisione delle scelte: “decisioni a rete e in rete”.

Background Longitudinal studies demonstrate an average decline in physical activity (PA) from adolescence to young adulthood. However, while some subgroups of adolescents decrease activity, others increase or maintain high or low activity. Activity domains may differ between subgroups (exhibiting different PA patterns), and they offer valuable information for targeted health promotion.
