Settore ICAR/21 - UrbanisticaIn a framework in which the crisis is globalized but unequal and in the absence of a welfare system capable of responding to the urgencies of the most marginalized contexts and social groups a response to the new social and individual needs has been offered by networks of solidarity and from bottom-up mobilization practices that play a role of territorial agency often independently or in the absence of institutions. In the Palermo context a commitment made by a plurality of cultural subjects already active in the area gathered in a public assembly (Palermo si cura) during the period of the first lockdown gave rise to mutual aid actions to respond to the economic emergency and social and offer a proposal to cure the fragility of the city based not on charity but on the claim of a political dimension of collective action. Starting from the analysis of initiatives such as "Un sorriso per Ballarò" and "Abbiamo un (bi)sogno" the contribution analyzes the role the incidence and the fragility of these experiences in providing answers - often filling gaps - to a general interest and how these processes of value creation can hopefully contribute to the construction of local government policies capable of addressing emerging issues.

An N-terminal deletion variant of HCN1 in the epileptic WAG/Rij strain modulates HCN current densities.

Rats of the Wistar Albino Glaxo/Rij (WAG/Rij) strain show symptoms resembling human absence epilepsy. Thalamocortical neurons of WAG/Rij rats are characterized by an increased HCN1 expression, a negative shift in Ih activation curve, and an altered responsiveness of Ih to cAMP. We cloned HCN1 channels from rat thalamic cDNA libraries of the WAG/Rij strain and found an N-terminal deletion of 37 amino acids. In addition, WAG-HCN1 has a stretch of six amino acids, directly following the deletion, where the wild-type sequence (GNSVCF) is changed to a polyserine motif. In a context of high rate of obesity, understanding early formation of child eating behaviour, in qualitative and quantitative terms, is crucial. This work shows that new vegetable acceptance is positively associated with the introduction of variety since the beginning of the complementary feeding, and would be more difficult in 2 year old children. Moreover, the liking of a new food (vegetable or beverage) increases after familiarisation by repeated exposure. A transitional association between the new food and calories induces more stable liking than repeated exposure. However, a high energy density could limit intake of the new food by learned satiation. The purpose of this work is to review the main applications of ultrasound-guided hip intervention al procedures describing the indications and methodology. Ultrasound is a method considered safe for patients as it has not been shown a possible damage due to ultrasound energy transmitted towards the patient's tissues as opposed to methods that make use of ionizing radiation such as conventional radiography and computed tomography. In addition ultrasound is quick and effective in guiding the needle to the desired location avoiding vascular and/or nerve structures thus enabling greater security compared to the techniques performed in interventional fluoroscopy which also have the disadvantage of a large delivery of ionizing radiation for both patient and operator. Several authors have described the main techniques of ultrasound-guided hip intervention and its various applications that can be both diagnostic (as in the case of joint fluid aspiration to assess the presence or absence of septic arthritis) and therapeutic (as in the case of drugs inoculations or evacuation of exceeding intra-articular fluid).

El presente trabajo es consecuencia de la investigación de la Universitat de València que analizó la presencia de las mujeres en los contenidos de todas las asignaturas de la ESO en tres editoriales distintas. Se revisaron 109 manuales y los resultados que se obtuvieron fueron desastrosos: solo un 7,6 % de los personajes citados eran mujeres (López-Navajas, 2014). En el presente trabajo se ejemplifica con dos relevantes dramaturgas, las propuestas didácticas que se están desarrollando en el marco del proyecto Las mujeres en la ESO. Difetto del nesso causale e manifesta insussistenza del fatto nel licenziamento per giustificato motivo oggettivo

Con la sentenza n. 16253/2020 la Suprema Corte ha affermato che l’assenza di nesso causale tra la cessazione di un appalto e il licenziamento del lavoratore integra un’ipotesi di manifesta insussistenza del fatto posto alla base del licenziamento - con conseguente applicabilità della tutela reintegratoria attenuta di cui all’art. 18, comma 5, della legge n. 300/1970 - non riconducibile, pertanto, agli altri casi in cui il giudice dichiara risolto il rapporto concedendo la sola tutela indennitaria forte (da dodici a ventiquattro mensilità).
