The present study analyzes the preventive health care provisions for nationals and undocumented migrants in Germany, the Netherlands and Spain in light of four indicators derived from the United Nations Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights’ General Comment 14 (GC 14). This paper provides a brief overview of how Dual VET was implemented in the Spanish VET system. Dual VET was first regulated in Spain by the end of 2012 with the aim to replace the existing work experience module (FCT) within formal VET.
