Partidos, elites políticas, elecciones y programas políticos”. “Mujer, poder político y democracia paritaria”. Se recoge el papel de la mujer en la vida política de la Comunidad Valenciana en la democracia actual, desde 1977. Identification of Vibrio spp. (other than V. vulnificus) recovered on CPC agar from marine natural samples

Two hundred and eighty four presumptive but not confirmed Vibrio vulnificus isolates grown on cellobiose-polymixin B-colistin agar (CPC) at 40°C, recovered from sea water samples from Valencia, Spain, during a microbiological survey for V. vulnificus, were phenotypically identified. Most of the isolates (91%) corresponded to Vibrio species. V. harveyi (24%) and V. splendidus(19%) were the most abundant species identified, followed by V. navarrensis (13%), V. alginolyticus (8%) and V. parahaemolyticus (5%). According to EU Regulations on transnational families and successions, a foreign rule remains without effect if it is deemed contrary to the so-called public policy (ordre public) of the forum?s legal system. As a consequence, judges have to evaluate whether the application of foreign law is incompatible with fundamental principles of the domestic law, especially whether it would constitute a violation against human rights. An outstanding controversial issue is today represented by Islamic repudiation (talaq): two contrasting Italian judicial decisions of August 2020 may illustrate how difficult it could be to determine what public policy is.
