Finite type invariants of knots in homology 3-spheres with respect to null LP-surgeries

We study a theory of finite type invariants for null-homologous knots in rational homology 3-spheres with respect to null Lagrangian-preserving surgeries. It is an analogue in the setting of the rational homology of the Goussarov-Rozansky theory for knots in integral homology 3-spheres. We give a partial combinatorial description of the graded space associated with our theory and determine some cases when this description is complete. For null-homologous knots in rational homology 3-spheres with a trivial Alexander polynomial, we show that the Kricker lift of the Kontsevich integral and the Lescop equivariant invariant built from integrals in configuration spaces are universal finite type i…

Abstract We study the local structure of the variety of representations of a virtual knot group in SL 2 ( C ) near an abelian representation ρ 0 . To such a representation is attached a complex number ω and there are three cases. If ω and ω −1 are not roots of the Alexander polynomial, there are only abelian representations around ρ 0 . If ω is a root and ω −1 is not, there are only reducible representations. If both ω and ω −1 are roots and certain homological conditions hold, there are irreducible representations.

In the 7th book of the Periegesis, Pausanias devotes a long digression to the Ionian migration in Asia Minor, focusing briefly on the story of Smyrna, whose territory originally belonged to the Aeolian settlers and was then occupied, at the beginning of the 7th century, by the Ionians from nearby Colophon. Il saggio delinea un profilo biografico e artistico di Alexander Zemlinsky (1871-1942) nel periodo compreso fra l'esordio compositivo e l'esilio in America. In particolare, vengono considerati i suoi rapporti con Alma Mahler, con Arnold Schoenberg e, più in generale, con la Scuola musicale di Vienna e l'ambiente culturale della capitale austrica. Per quanto riguarda il linguaggio compositivo di Zemlinsky, viene considerato soprattutto il suo rapporto con l'idea del superamento della sintassi tonale nell'opera teatrale "Der Zwerg" (Il nano, 1919-21) e nella "Lyrische Symphonie" del 1922-23.

Tämän tieteellisen tutkielman tarkoituksena oli kuvata ja ymmärtää pääministeri Alexander Stubbin henkilökuvan hallintaa Twitterissä. Tavoitteena oli vastata siihen, millainen henkilökuva Alexander Stubbista hänen twiittiensä perusteella muodostuu, ja mitä itsensä esittämisen strategioita Alexander Stubbin twiiteistä voidaan tunnistaa. Tutkimusaineisto koostui Alexander Stubbin käyttäjätililtä loka- ja joulukuussa 2014 julkaistuista twiiteistä, joita oli 312 kappaletta. I argue that apart from its other literary intentions already mentioned by scholars, this digression implicitly connects Titus not only with Aeneas but also with Julius Caesar. Titus? affair with Berenice that recalls Caesar?s affair with Cleopatra, Tacitus? allusions to Lucan?s De Bello Civili where Caesar?s visit to the tomb of Alexander the Great is described, the ?????Motiv and fortuna?s favour that characterise both Roman generals, all contribute to connect Titus with Caesar and allow the reader to view a parallel between the Flavian and the Julio-Claudian dynasty.
