This paper proposes for the first time the use of the species of shrimp Parapeneus longirostris of the Mediterranean sea to realize precooked trays of V range and analyze the evolution of the process of melanosis with respect to commercial products in general coming from the Atlantic Ocean.

Both acute and chronic apelin treatment have been shown to improve insulin sensitivity in mice. However, the effects of apelin on fatty acid oxidation (FAO) during obesity-related insulin resistance have not yet been addressed. Thus, the aim of the current study was to determine the impact of chronic treatment on lipid use, especially in skeletal muscles. High-fat diet (HFD)-induced obese and insulin-resistant mice treated by an apelin injection (0.1 μmol/kg/day i.p.) during 4 weeks had decreased fat mass, glycemia, and plasma levels of triglycerides and were protected from hyperinsulinemia compared with HFD PBS-treated mice. International audience; Thirty lactating dairy cows were used in a 333 Latin-square design to investigate the effects of a raw or extruded blend of linseed and wheat bran (70:30) on plasma and milk fatty-acids (FA). Linseed diets, containing 16.6% linseed blend on a dry-matter basis, decreased milk yield and protein percentage. They decreased the proportions of FA with less than 18 carbons in plasma and milk and resulted in cis -9, cis -12, cis -15 18:3 proportions that were more than three and four times higher in plasma and milk, respectively, whereas cis -9, cis -12 18:2 proportions were decreased by 10–15%. La Escala Multidimensional de Perfeccionismo (MPS) de Frost et al. (1990) es uno de los instrumentos con más tradición empírica y mayor influencia en el estudio del perfeccionismo. El objetivo de este trabajo es traducir y validar la MPS para su uso en población española. Para ello, 434 participantes (77% mujeres; edad media: 23,38 años), completaron la versión española de la MPS junto con cuestionarios de obsesividad, trastornos alimentarios, y preocupaciones ansiosas, para evaluar la validez convergente de la MPS. A better understanding of predictors of adherence is necessary to improve the design and execution of dietary intervention trials. Attitudes are important precursors of behaviours. This study aims to compare the food attitudes (i.e., hedonic- and nutrition-based) of children using both an implicit pairing task and an explicit forced-choice categorization task suitable for the cognitive abilities of 5- to 11-year-olds.
