Il manoscritto comprende, tra l’altro, ai ff. 31-81, un trattato di ortografia disposto in ordine alfabetico: nello spazio bianco rimasto tra le lettere R e S del testo sono stati copiati cinque gruppi di versi in inglese, seguiti dalla rispettiva versione in latino (ff. 72r-72v) . I versi appartengono a una categoria di strumenti didattici altrimenti documentata nei codici inglesi del XIV e XV sec., ma che, almeno nel caso dei primi due esercizi, è interpretata con libertà e messa in atto con una certa capacità. Myxozoa-loisilla on monimutkainen elämänkierto, joka pitää sisällään sekä selkärangattoman että selkärankaisen isäntäeliön. Siian rakkoloision pääisäntä on harvasukamato (Oligochaeta) ja väli-isäntä on siika (Coregonus lavaretus). Rakkoloisiota on tavattu mahdollisesti myös muikulla (C. albula). Esta tesis doctoral consiste en una edición crítica de los Ethicorum Libri III (Valencia, 1816) escritos por el erudito valenciano Mariano Madramany y Calatayud, acompañada de una traducción al español y de notas explicativas. En la introducción se da detallada cuenta de la biografía de Madramany a partir de la consulta de la documentación de archivos, y se repasa el conjunto de su producción escrita, prestando especial atención a los contenidos, las estructuras y las fuentes de los Ethicorum. The author proposes a new interpretation of the well-known Ulpian’s and Pedius’ words contained in D. 2.14.1.3, which is based on the idea that ‘conventio’, despite its common assumption as equivalent of ‘consensus’ (in the abstract sense of subjective element of a contract), rather alludes to the content of the ‘consensus’ as the objective result of a coinciding perception and will (‘in idem sentire’) between the contracting parties.

The lichen planus is a mucocutaneous disease with unknown etiology and auto-immune pathogenia. There have been three variants of lichen planus: the reticular, the plaque-like and the atrophic-erosive lesions. It?s a chronic disease with acute relapses that generally affects more frecuently to women from the fourties. The diagnostic is based on the clinic identification of the lesions joined with the histopathologic study (basal cells hidropic degeneration, linfoplasmocitic infiltration and absence of displasy signs).
