Abstract YouTube represents an increasingly popular cultural phenomenon in the contemporary Norwegian media landscape. Since the inception of the digital video platform over 15 years ago, personal videoblogging has emerged as one of its dominant types of user-generated content. In this article, I draw from New Rhetoric genre theory and netnographic approaches to explore the beauty and lifestyle sphere on YouTube, in which several emergent genres are situated within a new media ecosystem. The 2012 campaign of the archaeological research project permitted the exhaustive excavations of the immediate surroundings of the southern nave of the abbey church of St Peter in Osor. The richness and the complexity of the discovered structures confirmed the great archaeological potential of this sector. Namely, a funeral zone that is situated south to the church is occupied by two buildings perpendicular to the church which we interpret as a mausoleum (the one on the west) and a chapel with one privileged burial (the one on the east). This article addresses how the poetry of the Northern Irish Troubles enters into a dialogue with the memory of World War II. Poems by Michael Longley, Seamus Heaney, Derek Mahon, and Sinéad Morrissey are analysed, showing how World War II is a controversial source of comparison for these poets. While World War II provides important ways of framing the suffering and claustrophobia of the Northern Irish conflict, evident differences also mean that such comparisons are handled warily and with some irony. This study discusses the shifting reception of Italian Catholic religious paintings in the private chapels of English country houses. It first investigates how the practice of art collecting and patronage informs the strategies deployed by the English aristocracy to expunge from these pictures all Catholic overtones. It moves on to assess the impact of this ideological reinterpretation on works of art, whose original religious message was thus gradually displaced. The article concludes that these paintings came, effectively, to extol a religiosity of splendour, representative of a desire to glorify both the host's good taste and God's greatness.

Mūsdienās attīstošās datizraces tehnoloģijas un metodes ir radījušas lielu interesi par dažādiem ievāktajiem datiem. Ar 1996. g. ASV un 2003. g. ES, visiem šajās teritorijas tirgotajiem transportlīdzekļiem jābūt aprīkotiem ar OBD2, kas ir sensoru datu apstrādes standarts. Iepriekš veiktie pētījumi ir pierādījuši, ka ir iespējams no šiem datiem identificēt braucēju, ja tie tiek vākti strikti kontrolētos eksperimentos ar noteiktiem maršrutiem un braukšanas laikiem.
