Esta tesis aborda el principio de indivisibilidad entre la universalidad de los derechos y los deberes del ser humano apelando a un corolario: el deber de solidaridad. Para ello se analiza el sentido de la noción de solidaridad y la doble tensión en la que se mueve el concepto a través de la dicotomía público/privado y abierto/cerrado que la caracteriza, examinándose las dos dimensiones mutuamente condicionantes que lo componen: la ético-política y la jurídica. Ello nos permite examinar la problemática que encierra la configuración de la solidaridad como un valor jurídico, fuente de deberes también jurídicos, y ponderar la correspondencia entre dignidad, deberes y derechos. An overview of the biophysics activity at the Department of Physics and Chemistry Emilio Segrè of the University of Palermo is given. For forty years, the focus of the research has been on the protein structure–dynamics–function paradigm, with the aim of understanding the molecular basis of the relevant mechanisms and the key role of solvent. Background It is a common opinion that Primary Sjögren Syndrome (pSS) damages the exocrine glands and determines the reduction of secreted saliva, some studies show that there are qualitative anomalies of the mucins produced in saliva, including MUC7, MUC5B, MUC1. The purpose of this study is to trace all the information useful to establish whether there is a qualitative or quantitative defect of the mucins in the pSS. Cyclic lipopeptides (CLPs) are considered as some of the most important secondary metabolites in different plant-associated bacteria, thanks to their antimicrobial, cytotoxic, and surfactant properties. This paper presents the characteristics of the species Ganoderma lucidum in terms of health-promoting properties. This species is rare in Poland, and is subject to strict protection. Reishi is classified as a medicinal mushroom which fruiting bodies are characterized by a content of active substances with diverse positive effects on human health. G. lucidum is particularly rich source of bioactive compounds, which are obtained from fruiting bodies, mycelium and spores of this species.
