At a time when the Saami ethnic minority got little attention by the Norwegian public and the political authorities of the country, sociologists did much to raise public awareness about the conditions of this ethnic minority. In the postwar period of the 1950s and 1960s, sociologists of Norway focused to a large degree on social groups that fell outside the emerging welfare state. This paper aims to investigate intellectual capital management in a public organisation as the Chambers of Commerce; in particular, whether and to what extent intellectual capital contributes to overall accountability and what role intellectual capital plays as a management tool. Tutkimuksemme on osa suomalaista VARJO-hanketta, jonka tarkoitus on kehittää palveluita eron jälkeisen vainon uhrien tueksi sekä ehkäisevään työhön ja kuntoutukseen liittyviä työmuotoja. Tutkimuksemme aineisto koostui naispuolisten vainon uhrien internetpohjaisen vertaisryhmän aikana käydyistä keskusteluista, joita tarkastelimme sisällönanalyysin avulla. Tutkimuksemme tarkoitus oli lisätä tietoisuutta vainon uhrien kokemuksista liittyen viranomaisten toimintaan ja tutkintaprosessiin sekä selviytymiskeinoista, jotka he kokivat hyödyllisiksi yrittäessään selviytyä eron jälkeisestä vainosta. The paper analyses the multiple tax procedures to be developed by the different bodies of the Spanish Tax Authorities (tax management procedures, tax inspection procedures, tax collection and tax penalty procedures) in the case of appreciation of an alleged crime against the Public Treasury. To attain this goal, a study of the new Tax crime configuration after 2012´ criminal reform is carried out, as well as a study of Act 34/2015.

W artykule przedstawiono reakcje różnych środowisk emigracyjnych na wybór kardynała Karola Wojtyły na papieża. Analizie poddano najważniejsze tytuły prasy emigracyjnej ukazującej się Wielkiej Brytanii, która była centrum politycznym wychodźstwa oraz we Francji. Wybór Polaka na papieża środowiska emigracyjne uznały powszechnie za wydarzenie historyczne. Niektórzy porównywali je nawet do chrztu Polski. Ta sensacyjna i niespodziewana wiadomość znalazła się na pierwszych stronach prasy emigracyjnej. Niezależnie od różnic politycznych emigranci wyrażali radość i dumę z tego faktu.
