We conducted an online survey with 581 SNS users.We developed a scale measuring SNS addiction.SNS specific motives mediate the effect of intrinsic needs on SNS addiction.People try to compensate thwarted intrinsic needs with gratifications from SNS use.Gratifications sought from SNS use can cause addictive SNS usage patterns. Anotācija Promocijas darba mērķis ir analizēt augšupvērstas inovācijas universitātē, tās specifiskajā strukturālās varas, profesionālās autonomijas un profesionālo prakses kopienu kontekstā. Pētījums veikts izmantojot konstrukcionisma pieeju datos pamatotās vidēja līmeņa teorijas izveidei. Teorētiskie jēdzieni aizgūti no situatīvās mācīšanās teorijas, papildinātas ar mikro-institucionālisma pieeju un varas konceptualizācijām. Autorka, odwołując się do historycznych korzeni metody projektów, przedstawia jej główne cechy, następnie wyniki badań przeprowadzonych na grupie uczniów szkoły średniej. Based on the self-determination theory (Ryan & Deci, 2000), this study tested a model of the assumed sequential relationships between perceived autonomy support, psychological need satisfaction, self-determined motivation, and enjoyment/boredom. The hypothesized mediational roles of psychological need satisfaction and self-determined motivation were also studied. Se han empleado diarios en una variedad de contextos de aprendizaje. Para realizar un diario en una clase de idioma extranjero, los alumnos anotan las actividades que realizan para estudiar, practicar, y/o mejorar su capacidad en la lengua meta.
