Abstract Statement of problem: This study aimed to analyse the ability of a model based on achievement motivation and self-determination theories to predict adherence to competitive sport. This model incorporated commitment as predictor of adherence. A prospective study was performed with a sample of 302 handball players aged between 14 and 18 years. Structural equation modelling gave support to the model proposed. It was verified the sequence of relationships between perceptions of coach-created mastery climate, psychological needs, self-determined motivation, commitment, and adherence. En este estudio, se analizan las tasas de abandono del tratamiento en hombres inmigrantes latinoamericanos con problemas de consumo de alcohol (PCA) derivados a programas de intervención con maltratadores, y se explora si aquellos que consiguen finalizar la intervención se diferencian de los que no tienen PCA en variables resultado de la intervención. La muestra la componen 107 hombres latinoamericanos condenados por violencia contra la mujer. Al contrario de lo esperado, no se confirman mayores tasas de abandono entre los participantes con PCA. El presente estudio pretende dar a conocer los vínculos con respecto a transferencia de conocimientos entre los miniaturistas y los pintores de retablos valencianos del Gótico Internacional a partir del uso de los mismo modelos estilísticos e iconográficos. Para ello, se analizarán detalladamente las miniaturas de dos manuscritos de origen valenciano como son el Libro de horas Egerton (ms. Egerton 2653), de la British Library de Londres, y el libro Capítulos de la Cofradía de Nuestra Señora de Belén, (ms. 74) de la Biblioteca de Catalunya. The "Cooperative Airborne Radiometer for Ocean and Land Studies" (CAROLS) L-Band radiometer was designed and built as a copy of the EMIRAD II radiometer constructed by the Technical University of Denmark team. It is a fully polarimetric and direct sampling correlation radiometer. It is installed on board a dedicated French ATR42 research aircraft, in conjunction with other airborne instruments (C-Band scatterometer--STORM, the GOLD-RTR GPS system, the infrared CIMEL radiometer and a visible wavelength camera). Por ello, en esta tesis doctoral se estudia en profundidad y se presentan y analizan resultados de la estructura cristalina a alta presión, las vibraciones atómicas y la estructura de bandas electrónica de cuatro yodatos metálicos. De-excitation of the strongly coupled band in 177Au and implications for core intruder configurations in the light Hg isotopes

International audience; Excited states in the proton-unbound nuclide $^{177}$Au were populated in the $^92}$Mo($^{88}$Sr, p2n) reaction and identified using the Jurogam-II and GREAT spectrometers in conjunction with the RITU gas-filled separator at the University of Jyväskylä Accelerator Laboratory. A strongly coupled band and its decay path to the 11/2−α-decaying isomer have been identified using recoil-decay tagging. Comparisons with cranked Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov (HFB) calculations based on Skyrme energy functionals suggest that the band has a prolate deformation and is based upon coupling the odd 1h11/2 proton hole to the excited 02+ configuration in the $^{178}$Hg core. From feminist comics of the 70s to the most recent porn comics, authors’ bodies are not sex objects anymore, they are the subject of a narration. Self-depiction is a new material for porn-comics and gives sincerity to the stories, it may be a way to express political views.
