Tīmekļa operētājsistēma webAppOS ir infrastruktūra, kas ietver sevī vairākus tīmekļa procesorus jeb moduļus, kas ļauj vienā tīmekļa lietotnē izsaukt klašu metodes, kas ir realizētas dažādas programmēšanas valodās. Šī darba mērķis ir izveidot Python moduli un ieintegrēt to webAppOS vidē. Modulis dos izstrādātājiem iespēju veidot klašu metodes Python programmēšanas valodā. Moduli ir paredzēts lietot drošības funkcionalitātes nodrošināšanai, tas ir, automātiskai HTTPS komunikācijas protokola sertifikātu ģenerēšanai un sistēmas mapju šifrēšanai. Šiem nolūkiem tiks izmantoti, attiecīgi, RSA un AES algoritmi, kas ļauj sasniegt augstu drošības līmeni, netērējot daudz resursu.

Kvalifikācijas darbā tika izstrādāts “SAP Screen Personas notikumu reģistrācijas un izsekošanas rīks”, kurš sniedz iespēju iestatīt notikuma reģistrācijas līmeni, reģistrēt notikumu atbilstoši notikumu reģistrācijas līmenim, apskatīt un eksportēt reģistrētos notikumus, kā arī dzēst vecus notikumus. Izstrādātā rīka mērķis ir atvieglot SAP Screen Personas problemātisku notikumu izsekošanu un atkļūdošanu. “SAP Screen Personas notikumu reģistrēšanas un izsekošanas rīks” tika izstrādāts ABAP programmēšanas valodā. Rīka izstrādei tika izmantota “SAP Netweaver 7.40” izstrādes vide un princips Modelis – Skats – Kontrolieris.

The main object of this study is the baptismal Ordo of the Syro-Oriental liturgical tradition. The author, starting from the ancient sources, shows the phases of the development of the rite and of its theology. Referring to the Church Fathers like Ephrem and Narsai, he points that from ancient times the Church of the East has attached a special significance to the baptismal anointing. Issues concerning the baptism of the Polish state in 966 year has a wealthy literature. In this context, it is not surprising that the event of this magnitude takes pride of place in the pages of school textbooks. Double copies of blaKPC-3::Tn4401a on an IncX3 plasmid in Klebsiella pneumoniae successful clone ST512 from Italy

ABSTRACT A carbapenem-resistant sequence type 512 (ST512) Klebsiella pneumoniae carbapenemase 3 (KPC-3)-producing K. pneumoniae strain showing a novel variant plasmid content was isolated in Palermo, Italy, in 2014. ST512 is a worldwide successful clone associated with the spread of bla KPC genes located on the IncFIIk pKpQIL plasmid. In our ST512 strain, the bla KPC-3 gene was unusually located on an IncX3 plasmid, whose complete sequence was determined. Two copies of bla KPC-3 ::Tn 4401a caused by intramolecular transposition events were detected in the plasmid.

National audience; Étienne-Jules Marey se range du côté des partisans de l’évolution des espèces expliquée par le transformisme (1809) de Jean-Baptiste Lamarck (1744-1829). Marey déplore cependant que Lamarck demeure « beaucoup trop vague dans ses explications lorsqu’il attribue les changements des organismes vivants à des circonstances extérieures. Entre un besoin qui se révèle et l’apparition d’une forme organique qui corresponde à un besoin, il y a une lacune que sa théorie n’a pas comblée » . D’où chez Marey, des interrogations et le désir dans son champ de compétences de relever quelques faits avérés de transformations d’adaptation des êtres vivants à de nouvelles conditions de vie.
