Skrejvaboļu (Coleoptera, Carabidae) sabiedrības sausos kaļķainos zālājos un tās ietekmējošie faktori Abavas senlejā

Kā Eiropā tā Latvijā sausu, kaļķainu zālāju platības ar katru gadu samazinās. Šis biotops ir viens no sugām bagātākajiem, tomēr uzskatāms par Latvijā izzūdošu, jo aizņem vairs tikai 0,05% no valsts teritorijas (Auniņš 2013). Šī darba mērķis ir noskaidrot zālāju apsaimniekošanas un botāniskās kvalitātes ietekmi uz skrejvaboļu (Carabidae) sabiedrībām sausos, kaļķainos zālājos. Pētījums veikts sausos, kaļķainos zālājos, dabas parka “Abavas senleja” posmā starp Kandavas un Sabiles pilsētām. Safety and efficacy of ombitasvir/paritaprevir/ritonavir/dasabuvir plus ribavirin in patients over 65 years with HCV genotype 1 cirrhosis

Purpose: To analyse safety and efficacy of treatment based on ombitasvir/paritaprevir/ritonavir/dasabuvir plus ribavirin in the sub-group of GT1 patients older than 65 years. Methods: We collected data extracted from the ABACUS compassionate-use nationwide Italian programme, in patients with cirrhosis due to hepatitis C virus (HCV) Genotype-1 (GT1) or 4 and at high risk of decompensation. The direct-acting antiviral regimen of ombitasvir (OBV)/paritaprevir (PTV)/ritonavir (r) ± dasabuvir (DSV) ± ribavirin (RBV) demonstrated high rates of sustained viral response at post-treatment week 12 (SVR12) in clinical trials for treatment of hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotypes (GT) 1 and 4. Reducing treatment du- ration can simplify the management and improve adherence of therapy. Patients and methods: The study evaluates the efficacy of 8 weeks of elbasvir/grazoprevir regimen in 75 treatment-naïve(TN), G1b patients with mild-moderate fibrosis(Liver Stiffness by Fibroscan®< 9.0 kPa).
