Jauna dihidropiridīna atvasinājuma AV-6-93 efekts uz biomarķiera BDNF ekspresiju stresa modelī žurkām

Stresa izraisītie atmiņas bojājumi ir iemesls jaunu zāļu vielu meklējumiem, kas spētu aizkavēt smadzeņu bojājumus. Mūsu pētījuma mērķis bija noteikt jauna Latvijas Organiskās sintēzes institūtā sintezētās zāļu vielas AV-6-93, kas sastāv no dihidropiridīna un adamantāna atvasinājumiem, ietekmi uz neirotrofā faktora BDNF ekspresiju imobilizācijas stresētām žurkām hipokampā ar Western blota metodi. Petījuma rezultāti rāda, ka imobilizācijas stress ir palielinājis BDNF ekspresiju žurku hipokampā salīdzinājumā ar kontroles hipokampa žurkām, un AV-6-93 piemīt spēja normalizēt BDNF ekspresiju stresēto žurku hipokampā. Tēmas aktualitāte: Hroniska subdurāla hematoma ir viena no biežākām neiroķirurģiskām patoloģijam gan Latvijā, gan visā pasaulē. Ar katru gadu subdurālās hematomas biežums pieaug. Tāpēc pētījumā mērķis noteikt hroniskas subdurālas hematomas etioloģiju, izvērtēt un izvēlēties optimālu terapijas taktiku. Pētījums atspoguļos patreizējo epidemioloģisko situāciju pacientiem ar hronisko subdurālo hematomu, kā arī dos ieskatu par hroniskas subdurālas hematomas etioloģiju, ļaus salīdzināt un noteikt medikamentozās, un ķirurģiskās ārstēšanas efektivitāti. Comparisons of adult skulls of various species of great apes, fossil hominids and modem humans in the sagittal, Francfort and ortho-sagittal planes reveal a series of three separate organisation plans: 'GreatApe', 'Australopithecine'and 'Homo', tbe latter including primitive men (Homo ergaster-erectus-neandertalensis) and modern humans (Homo sapiens). Morphological changes between these plans are quantified for the first time here by vector fields. This study confirms the existence of cranio-facial contraction, which occurs as a series of leaps. The percentage of malignant abdominal neoplasms, however, is not negligible. Radiologists play a pivotal role in identifying imaging features that should favor malignancy, including larger lesion size, edema, neurovascular involvement, and peripheral or inhomogeneous dynamic enhancement, thus indicating to the clinician the need for further work-up. The deficiency of the molybdenum cofactor (Moco) is an autosomal recessive disease, which leads to the loss of activity of all molybdoenzymes in humans with sulfite oxidase being the essential protein. Moco deficiency generally results in death in early childhood. Moco is a sulfur-containing cofactor synthesized in the cytosol with the sulfur being provided by a sulfur relay system composed of the L-cysteine desulfurase NFS1, MOCS3, and MOCS2A. Trivalent cation substitution of pulverulent cobalt—iron molybdates Co1 − xFexMoO4

Abstract Different mixed cobalt—iron molybdates Co1 − xFexMoO4 (0 ≤ x ≤ 1) have been prepared by means of a ceramic process. The oxidation of pulverulent samples leads to ferric molybdate Fe2(MoO4)3, spinelle Co3O4 and cobalt molybdate CoMoO4. After a strong grinding which reduces the grain size (about 0.1 μm) and induces crystallographic defects in the grains, the cobalt—iron molybdates can be partially oxidized into cation-deficient phases. This oxidation corresponds to an isostructural substitution of part of the Fe2+ and Co2+ ions by Fe3+ and Co3+ ions and the creation of cation vacancies.
