This work is based on the mediatisation of society theory, which establishes more attached importance and the presence of the mass media as mediators in various social processes, as well as on Production Studies, that analyse creative skills to draw an audience, to apply these theories to the media representation of the COVID-19 pandemic. The objective is to analyse how the generalist media have represented male/female scientists, who have become social benchmarks during the first COVID-19 wave in Spain. El artículo parte de los factores de debilitación de los derechos colectivos en las empresas de plataforma. Se trazan en segundo lugar, los desafíos en materias de derechos de información, consulta y negociación, despidos por razones sindicales y huelga. The article starts from the factors that weaken collective rights in platform companies. Secondly, the challenges in terms of rights to information, consultation and negotiation, dismissals for union reasons and strikes are outlined.

This work focuses on the origins of the right to communicate and aims to highlight some of the peculiarities that help explain that, even if there is a legal precedent that dates back centuries, its Constitutional adoption in Europe only happened well into the 20th century. El artículo 102 de la Ley 30/1992 establece, en su párrafo primero, que «Las Administraciones públicas, en cualquier momento, por iniciativa propia o a solicitud del interesado, y previa dictamen favorable del Consejo de Estado u órgano consultivo equivalente de la Comunidad Autónoma, si lo hubiere, declararán de oficio la nulidad de los actos administrativos que hayan puesto fin a la vía administrativa o que no hayan sido recurridos en plazo, en los supuestos previstos en el artículo 62.1».
