SYNTHESIS AND ANTIPROLIFERATIVE ACTIVITY OF 3-AMINO-N-PHENYL-1H-INDAZOLE-1-CARBOXAMIDES

Recently our research group has reported the synthesis of some 3-amino-N-phenyl-1H-indazole-1-carboxamides able to inhibit at low micromolar concentrations the cell growth of many neoplastic cell lines. The above compounds are unsubstituted in the indazole nucleus and this gives the hope to obtain more active compounds if appropriate substituents are beared by the above nucleus. So, several new N-phenyl-1H-indazole-1-carboxamides 1c-h and 4l,m were prepared by reacting phenyl isocyanates 3a,b with 3-amino-1H-indazoles 2c,e,g, or 1H-indazole 2l respectively. 3D Technology for the Artworks Handling

In this study we present how to create a box for the transport of artworks put in place during the restauration of three polymateric sculpures made with trapanese technique called ‘Legno, Tela e Colla’. Thanks to 3D technology, we created a ‘digital twin’ of manufacts that allowed us to design and build supports and boxes for different uses. In this way, it was possible not to touch the artworks directly, so without risks for them, and to work even at a distance without the works, also in different places.

Unexpected Behavior of Enaminones: Interesting New Routes to 1,6-Naphthyridines, 2-Oxopyrrolidines and Pyrano[4,3,2-de][1,6]naphthyridines

Reaction of enaminones 1a–d with 2-aminoprop-1-ene-1,1,3-tricarbonitrile (2) in the presence of AcOH/NH4OAc afforded 7-amino-5-oxo-5,6-dihydro-1,6-naphthyridine-8-carbonitrile derivatives 9a–d. On the other hand, 2-aminopyrano[4,3,2-de] [1,6]naphthyridine-3-carbonitriles 20a–c,e were the only obtained products from the reactions of 1a–d with 2 in the presence of AcOH/NaOAc, while 1d afforded [3,5-bis-(4-chloro-benzoyl)-phenyl]-(4-chloro-phenyl)-methanone 21 under the same condition.
