The paper analyses the budget of the seven French trade union confederations (CGT, CFDT, FO, CFTC, CGC, and USS UNSA). Since 2011, these organizations are obliged to publish their budgets according to the principle of transparency. The main purpose was to give the members' dues the higher weight in the total of the trade union budgets. Each organization has defined its reporting entity in terms of this issue. They did "derive" at the federal level the maximum members' contributions - even when these contributions were not intended to the federal level - and they housed most grants and subsidies in satellites outside their perimeter. Nei primi decenni del XII secolo si realizzano in Sicilia numerosi edifici religiosi, le cui absidi seguono in genere i modelli bizantini, ma non mancano soluzioni originali. Tra le chiese basiliane del Val Demone si distingue quella dei Santi Pietro e Paolo a Casalvecchio Siculo (1117-1172), la cui abside centrale assume esternamente la forma di una torretta a pianta rettangolare, che include due nicchie pentagonali negli spazi di raccordo con la curva interna. This paper considers the problem of administrative capacity as one of the main requirements that the accession countries seeking EU membership had to meet, and as a prerequisite to the decentralization of their public sectors and public finances. The selected decentralization problems are analyzed using the cases of two countries: Romania and Poland. The results of a theoretical and practical evaluation of administrative capacity as a likely obstacle to fiscal decentralization are presented taking account of the different levels of decentralization in Poland and Romania. Ce papier vise à évaluer l’effet de l’allocation personnalisée d’autonomie (APA) sur l’aide reçue par les personnes âgées dépendantes vivant à domicile. À partir des données de l’enquête Handicap-Santé Ménage, nous proposons une analyse statistique basée sur une méthode d’appariement par score de propension. Nos résultats suggèrent que l’aide professionnelle financée par l’intermédiaire de l’APA se substitue partiellement, selon le niveau de dépendance et les ressources en aide informelle, à de l’aide professionnelle financée de manière privée et à de l’aide informelle, mais que globalement, bénéficier de l’APA améliore la prise en charge des personnes âgées dépendantes.
