The economic transition in Poland leads to a restructuration of economic activities which affects spatial patterns of cities, especially in Warsaw. Analyzing the location and re-location of population and employment in Poland’s capital allows to enlarge the debate on the suburbanization forms to the Central and Oriental European Countries. The results support the fact that the city center is still largely the most important district in terms of population andemployment, so that in 1999 the city keeps a strong monocentric character. International audience; L'approche des différences de genre dans la mobilité a été renouvelée à partir des années 2000 par l'attention portée aux formes d'interdépendance entre conjoints pour leurs déplacements quotidiens. Dans ce travail mobilisant l'enquête ménages-déplacements d'Île-de-France, nous en avons relevé deux types à partir de l'analyse de l'accompagnement des enfants des conjoints de couples de biactifs. D'une part, il y a un effet d'entraînement. Lorsqu'un conjoint fait de l'accompagnement, l'autre a une probabilité plus forte d'en faire également. Le but de cet article est l'étude des écarts de rémunération entre les jeunes habitant dans les zones urbaines sensibles (ZUS) à la fin de leurs études et ceux qui ne résident pas en ZUS mais qui vivent dans des unités urbaines comprenant des ZUS, en tenant compte de possibles barrières dans l'accès à certains emplois et notamment aux emplois de cadre. Dans la lignée de Brown, Moon et Zoloth (1980), nous proposons une décomposition des écarts de salaires intégrant la possibilité d'une différenciation d'accès aux emplois en fonction du type de quartier où résident les jeunes.
