Due to constant changes and developments of the 21st century societies and working life, the environments in which learning takes place have changed. Novel ways to research learning in those environments and to explore how learning could be supported with the learning design are needed in order to bring about changes in teaching practices. Preparaciones de base líquida vs. citología convencional: adecuación de las muestras y coincidencia de diagnóstico en lesiones orales

Objetivo: Comparar la efectividad de la muestra y la coincidencia de diagnostico entre preparaciones de base liquida y frotis convencionales en lesiones orales, y probar la viabilidad de la prueba inmuno-citoquimica en preparaciones de base liquida de lesiones de carcinoma oral. Material y Metodos: Se obtuvieron muestras de 44 pacientes. Primeramente se prepararon frotis convencionales, usando un dispositivo cytobrush. A continuacion se sumergio el cepillo que contenia el material residual en un liquido conservante. La muestra en el mismo fue procesada de acuerdo con las indicaciones del fabricante (AutoCyte, Inc. Inquiry-based teaching has been at the heart of science education since it was first outlined in national standards over a decade ago. The general idea behind the inquiry guidelines is that pupils would adopt ways of conducting science, in addition to conceptually learning, thus attaining also the epistemological dimension of science. Although curricula are based on these ideas of inquiry, all too often authentic inquiry is hindered by overly authoritative approaches and teacher directions. In higher education, learning activities increasingly take place in online collaborative groups. In this conceptual paper, we explore online collaborative interaction from the perspective of dialogicality. We aim to reconceptualize the notion of “productive interaction” and the typical focus of its research by turning attention to the dialogic features of collaborative interaction, especially the notions of alterity, dialogic attitude, and dialogic orientation. Testing the Sobolev property with a single test plan

We prove that in a vast class of metric measure spaces (namely, those whose associated Sobolev space is separable) the following property holds: a single test plan can be used to recover the minimal weak upper gradient of any Sobolev function. This means that, in order to identify which are the exceptional curves in the weak upper gradient inequality, it suffices to consider the negligible sets of a suitable Borel measure on curves, rather than the ones of the $p$-modulus. Moreover, on $\sf RCD$ spaces we can improve our result, showing that the test plan can be also chosen to be concentrated on an equi-Lipschitz family of curves.
