Benchmarking can represent a rich source of inspiration for creative managers and employees who want to eliminate the mistakes of the past and to find new ways that lead to performance. After a research made from secondary sources, we proposed a new type of benchmarking, designed especially for a sustainable development: the "green-benchmarking". For its applying, a new evaluation index system is required.

Recently, the vehicle routing problem with delivery options was introduced into the scientific literature. Computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools are complex production systems with fully automatic machine parts. Nowadays, high feed rates and machining speeds are used during the machining process. Human operators are still needed to set-up the machine, load/unload workpieces and parts, load the machining code, and supervise the machining process. Cognitive-Behavioural programmes have become the treatment of choice for Panic Disorder (PD). However, although its effectiveness has been widely demonstrated, there are still some limitations regarding the possibility of offering this type of treatment to all panic sufferers. Some researchers are studying ways to make these programmes more available.
