El objetivo del presente trabajo es evaluar la incidencia de la psicopatología, sintomatología clínica y alteraciones de la imagen corporal en las variables salutogénicas estilos de apego, bienestar psicológico y auto concepto, así como la incidencia de diferencias individuales. Social and emotional factors such as emotional competence and self-esteem are protective factors that promote adolescent mental health and well-being. In this paper, we will examine the combined contribution of these socio-emotional factors in addition to personal factors, in the prediction of psychological adjustment and subjective well-being in adolescence. This approach combines microfracture of the subchondral bone with the implant at the site of the cartilage defect of a supporting biomaterial in the form of microspheres aimed at creating an adequate biomechanical environment for the differentiation of the mesenchymal stem cells that migrate from the bone marrow.
