Mobile IPv6 has been proposed by the IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force) to be the solution to mobility management in IPv6 network. The work is now culminating to a standard status. But, one problem still remaining is the length of the handover time, which might cause packet loss. Thus the handover time should be as short as possible. Especially the real-time traffic suffers from packet loss. This study conducted an in-depth analysis of the factors affecting consumers’ intention to purchase and willingness to pay more for an electric vehicle (EV) in the developing-country context, extending the theory of planned behavior with two new variables: environmental concern and willingness to pay (WTP) a premium. Survey data were collected from 358 responses and were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling. Sebbene molto spesso le persone con disabilità debbano accontentarsi di vivere parzialmente alcune esperienze, da diversi anni è aumentata l’attenzione dei siti museali verso la realizzazione di progetti e percorsi dedicati che consentano una fruizione tattile di opere e manufatti ai disabili visivi. Il contributo presenta due casi studio, che utilizzano modelli 3D per installazioni tattili. In presenza di deficit visivo, è importante rafforzare le facoltà percettive connettendo il tatto con i sensi residui e fornendo stimoli cognitivi diversi e paralleli.
