El acoso en el trabajo es un tema estudiado en la actualidad, pero la aplicación de la mediación empresarial como herramienta clave en un programa de prevención del acoso es un tema novedoso en dicho campo. La teoría de Leymann resulta el marco adecuado en este trabajo ya que pone el foco en las variables organizacionales como causa del acoso laboral; especialmente en aquellas organizaciones en las que se da más conflicto y ambigüedad de rol. Esto nos lleva a plantear el objetivo del estudio, la valoración de un programa de prevención a través de la mediación empresarial. Personal correlates of problematic types of social media and mobile phone use in emerging adults

We investigated the occurrence of selected types of problematic social media and mobile phone use in emerging adults, specifically social media and mobile phone overuse, phubbing, creeping, and catfishing. Contemporaneous relations with age, gender, and Big Five personality traits were examined. The participants comprised 459 Slovenian emerging adults, aged 18 to 29 years (68% female). The results suggest that problematic behaviors associated with social media and mobile phone use, with the exception of catfishing, are relatively common among young people.
