The attractiveness of a touristic area depends on the combination of "magnet resources" and other complementary resources. The authors applied the resource-based view approach to understand how a touristic district can enrich its attractiveness. Empirically, authors focus on the district of Sicilian Baroque. Badania związane z pomiarem kapitału społecznego są w ostatnich 20 latach jednym z dominujących obszarów zainteresowań w naukach społecznych. Ciekawym zagadnieniem jest wpływ zróżnicowania narodowościowego na poziom kapitału społecznego. Jak twierdzi Robert Putnam, w warunkach amerykańskich zróżnicowanie to negatywnie wpływa na poziom kapitału społecznego. Realizowane w Europie inicjatywy badawcze wskazują jednak, że zróżnicowanie narodowościowe nie wykazuje znaczącej negatywnej korelacji z kapitałem społecznym, a nawet można znaleźć przykłady, gdy oddziałuje nań pozytywnie. Hold-in, Pull-in and Lock-in Ranges for Phase-locked Loop with Tangential Characteristic of the Phase Detector

In the present paper the phase-locked loop (PLL), an electric circuit widely used in telecommunications and computer architectures is considered. A new modification of the PLL with tangential phase detector characteristic and active proportionally-integrating (PI) filter is introduced. Hold-in, pull-in and lock-in ranges for given circuit are studied rigorously. It is shown that lock-in range of the new PLL model is infinite, compared to the finite lock-in range of the classical PLL. peerReviewed

Dans cette étude, nous mesurons les discriminations dans l’accès au logement dans le GrandNouméa, selon l’origine ethnique, en distinguant les origines kanak et européennes, et selon lequartier de résidence. Entre octobre 2015 et février 2016, nous avons répondu à 342 annonces enprésentant 4 candidats à la location pour chaque annonce, soit 1368 réponses à des annoncesimmobilières. Deux de nos candidats signalent par leur patronyme leur origine kanak, deuxsignalent une origine européenne.
