espanolA traves de la presente investigacion, se pretende analizar el papel del capital de marca universitario en el ambito privado espanol. Para ello, se lleva a cabo un estudio empirico contando con una muestra cuantitativa de 993 respuestas validas procedentes de distintos agentes implicados (343 profesores, 164 empleados de servicios y 486 estudiantes). Islamic investment funds have become increasingly important because of high demand from many investors, including those outside the Muslim investment community. This article compares the performance and risk sensitivity of Islamic mutual funds in the United States with that of their conventional peers. This article also analyzes the performance of Islamic funds, and compares this performance with that of socially responsible investment (SRI) mutual funds. This article analyzes experiences of racialization in stories of adult learners with refugee experience who attend a basic education program at a Finnish community college. Throughout a two-year ethnographic study, several students shared stories and thoughts on racialization and racism with the white researcher on site (the author). This article tells and theorizes their stories to gain a deeper understanding of the workings of everyday racialization and racism in a Finnish educational context. This presentation aims at discussing the opportunities and limitations of football players in East Germany, Hungary and Romania in the period between the end of World War II (1945) and the collapse of the Eastern bloc (1989). Football served as an important propaganda tool for the communist regimes in Eastern Europe. When designing economic policies, governments must take account not only of economic laws but also of certain rules of thumb. The incompatible trinity is such rule, which states that a country cannot simultaneously have a fixed exchange rate regime, mobility of foreign capital and an independent monetary policy. Traditionally, the rule has been generally observed, whether knowingly or not. The recent crisis triggered by the removal of cap on the Swiss franc is an illustrative example of what might happen if the said rule is disregarded.
