This manuscript is concerned with the design of novel catalytic systems derived from metallocyclodextrins. The first part describes new ways of functionalising the cyclodextrin primary face regioselectively for accessing inherently chiral P,P’ chelators. These heterodentate ligands gavequantitatively cis-chelate complexes with various d8 cations. Their rhodium(I) complexes were assessed in the asymmetric hydrogenation and hydroformylation of prochiral olefins. This thesis reports with the synthesis of ortho-functionnalized phosphines bearing phosphonium and 1,2,3-triazole moieties.The synthesis of phosphines-phosphoniums, using as key-step Phospha-Fries rearrangement and Appel reaction is described. Eight new phosphines- phosphoniums, bearing aryl, alkyl or ferrocenyl fragments on the phosphonium part, have been prepared with overall yields reaching 48%. The synthesis of secondary phosphine borane amino acids or dipeptides and their applications for the preparation of chiral ligands or for the grafting of fullerene, is described. These compounds were synthesized in good yield (up to 98%) without racemization. The principle of the synthesis is based on the alkylation of primary phosphine borane with a γ-iodo amino acid using phase transfer conditions. Tertiary diphosphine amino acids are obtained with 70% yield after a second alkylation. This manuscript deals with the synthesis of hybrids ligands and their coordination ability. The first part is dedicated to Cp-imidazole, Cp-imidazolium and Cp-phosphine ligands. Several synthetic routes have been developed to reach these mixed ligands and their coordination chemistry has been studied with titanium. In a second part, a method developed in our laboratory to synthesize phosphine-olefines was applied to obtain a phosphino-diene bearing three potential coordination sites.
