Estudio del gen IKZF1 y de microdeleciones intragénicas en la leucemia linfoblástica aguda

La leucemia Linfoblástica Aguda (LLA) es una neoplasia caracterizada por una gran diversidad de alteraciones genéticas. En los últimos años, se ha descrito la ocurrencia de pequeñas deleciones focales en genes de relevancia para la célula linfoide. En concreto, las que afectan a IKZF1 parecen tener valor pronóstico en la edad pediátrica. OBJETIVOS: Estudiar la presencia de microdeleciones en los genes CDKN2A, CDKN2B, PAX5, ETV6, EBF1, BTG1, RB1, la región pseudoautosómica del cromosoma X/Y (PAR1) en una serie de pacientes con LLA. Tajā pašā laikā cilvēki sešdesmit un septiņdesmit gadu vecumā ir daudz aktīvāki kā iepriekšējā paaudze un prasīgāki attiecībā uz mobilitāti. Klīniskais iznākums pilnīgai ceļa locītavas aizvietošanai ir mainīgs, jo viens no pieciem pacientiem nav apmierināts pēc operācijas. Ir vairāki gan ar pacientu saistīti, gan ar veselības aprūpi saistīti faktori, kas ietekmē pilnīgas ceļa locītavas aizvietošanas iznākumu. Mērķis ir apskatīt publicēto literatūru un parādīt gan ar pacientu, gan ar veselības aprūpi saistītos faktorus, kas ietekmē pilnīgas ceļa locītas aizvietošanas iznākumu.

La catacomba di Villagrazia di Carini è uno dei principali monumenti del primo Cristianesimo siciliano, cimitero di una comunità agiata e aperta alle relazioni con l'area mediterranea. Lo studio proposto in questo volume, partendo dai dati relativi ai materiali ceramici restituiti dalla stratigrafia archeologica dei settori indagati dal 2000 al 2012, testimonia i rapporti commerciali intercorsi fra il territorio servito dalla presenza del complesso catacombale, coincidente con quello dell'ecclesia carinensis citata da Gregorio Magno, e l'Africa romana e protobizantina.
