Fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFRs) constitute a family of tyrosine kinases receptors (RTKs) that exert pivotal physiological functions in human embryonic and adult tissues. Hyperactivated FGFR signaling drives tumorigenesis in multiple cancer types, including lung and brain cancers. International audience; D'abord repérée d'avion, puis fouillée sur l'emprise d'une gravière, la nécropole néolithique de Passy couvre plus de 20 hectares. Elle se compose d'une trentaine de grands monuments allongés, orientés à l'Est, et construits de terre et de bois. Les défunts, déposés sur le dos dans de probable coffres, reposaient dans des fosses profondes creusées dans l'axe des monuments. Les dépôts funéraires, qui comprennent des objets anthropomorphes, permettent d'attribuer ces sépultures au groupe de Cerny. Archaeological information systems offer methods and tools for representing collected data and performing analyses with which taking into account imperfect data is often hard to please. Our contribution describes the use of several modal logics to model and verify the effects of the consideration of uncertain data, but also to check the quality of a corpus in an in-terdisciplinary collaborative environment. Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a subtype o f breast cancer, insensitive to endocrine therapy. Chemotherapy is the main form of treatment, but is accompanied by a high rate of recidivism. The sesquiterpene lactone Parthenolide (PN) exerts a cy totoxic effect on MDA-MB231 cells, a TNBC cell line (1), but was ineffective at low doses (2-5μM). This repr esents an obstacle for a therapeutic utilization of PN. 150 years of financial regulation in Spain : what can we learn?

This paper explores the changes effected in the Spanish regulatory regimes over the last 150 years, and asks what have been the forces driving the regulatory reforms. A study of the Spanish experience reveals that there was relatively little statutory legislation until 1914 and for a long time there was no reaction to crises. In contrast, regulations have been altered on numerous occasions in the twentieth century. The paper also shows that the regulatory process has been the result of the interplay between economic as well as political economy forces. Moreover, and despite some idiosyncratic features, the Spanish regulatory history is similar to that of other European nations.
