In questo articolo rispondo alle critiche e ai commenti alla mia ricostruzione della concezione del potere di Michel Foucault proposti da Bruno Celano, José Juan Moreso, Marco Segatti, Alessandro Spena. Mi concentro in particolare sui seguenti aspetti: la connessione fra la nozione foucaultiana di potere e il conflitto; la distinzione fra potere disciplinare, potere governamentale, e potere normativo; la concezione foucaultiana della libertà come autorialità; ciò che Foucault può suggerire riguardo ad alcune “macchie cieche” della teoria del diritto contemporanea.

El proyecto de un pórtico clasicista para la iglesia de los Santos Juanes de Valencia y su impacto en el entorno urbano (1788-1856)

In the year 1788, the parish of Los Santos Juanes in Valencia proposed to the City Council the erection of same classical-style portico in order to beautify its outer eastern façade, surrounding the head of the temple and relying on the Plaza del Mercado. This portico was never built, but there would be an impact of such an architectural purpose in subsequent reform plans of that outstanding urban location.

1. Breve descrizione dell’oggetto di studio Il concorso del Palazzo di Giustizia di Roma si svolge in quattro fasi svolte tra il 1884 e il 1887. Il progetto per il primo concorso, del 1884, redatto dall’allora giovanissimo Ernesto Basile (Palermo 1857-1932), rivela una grande perizia progettuale che trasforma il complesso programma funzionale in un austero edificio in stile neofiorentino. I disegni originari dell’opera, non realizzata, conservati presso la Dotazione Basile del Dipartimento di Architettura dell’Università di Palermo, sono stati oggetto di studio propedeutico alle fasi di analisi, interpretazione e ricostruzione congetturale del modello digitale. 2. Brief description of the object of study The competition of the Palace of Justice in Rome takes place in four phases between 1884 and 1887. The project for the first competition in 1884 drawn up by the then very young Ernesto Basile (Palermo 1857-1932) reveals a great deal of design expertise that transforms the complex functional program into an austere building in neo-florentine style. The original drawings of the building not realized kept in the Basile Endowment of the Department of Architecture of the University of Palermo have been the subject of preliminary study to the phases of analysis interpretation and conceptual reconstruction of the digital model. 2. Obsesja rozkładu ciała, niszczenia materii, życia przejawiającego się w obrazach gnicia, trupów, robactwa, brutalnych mordów i zbrodni, będących wynikiem istniejącego w świecie zła, należą do wyobraźni i stylistycznej ekspresji wielu utworów Słowackiego. Po transfiguracji poety owe okropności destrukcji materii nie znikają z jego utworów, przeciwnie, zostają jakby zwielokrotnione, spotęgowane. The obsession with bodily decomposition, the destruction of matter, life manifested in the images of rotting, dead bodies, vermin, brutal murders and crimes, resulting from the existence in the world of evil, are within the imagination and stylistic expression of many of Slowacki’s works. After the transfiguration of the poet these horrors of the destruction of matter do not disappear from his works, on the contrary, they are multiplied, compounded. In the ?barri del mercat?, in the city of Valencia and very close to its Lonja, there is a building complex which is the object of this study. The research, carried out from the simple field of toponymy, to the constructive analysis, lead us to suppose that it is the building of the Valencian trade union of cloth-shearers. It can be seen how the building now camouflaged by other subsequent interventions, corresponds to a type that cannot be related to those usually built in the city of Valencia. Its origins clearly from the Valencian self-governing period splendor, its dimensions and the finishes used in its construction seem to refer to a medieval workshop. Estudio del mecanismo de reacción e inhibición de cisteína proteasas mediante métodos multiescala

En esta tesis doctoral se realizaron estudios computacionales para las enzimas caspasa-1 y la 3CLpro del SARS-CoV-2. Estas enzimas pertenecen a la familia de las cisteína proteasas, las cuales hidrolizan sus respectivos sustratos rompiendo un enlace peptídico en particular. En esta reacción interviene una diada catalítica conformada por un par Cis-His. La caspasa-1 fue seleccionada debido a su importancia farmacológica en la enfermedad de Alzheimer, y la enzima 3CLpro del SARS-CoV-2 por estar involucrada en el proceso de replicación del virus responsable de la enfermedad del COVID-19.
