Il tema della povertà e degli strumenti di sostegno di natura reddituale viene riproposto in questo numero della rivista il prosecuzione del precedente. L'accento è però posto sulle sperimentazioni che enti e istituzioni hanno avviato anche in forma autonoma o con l'ausilio del terzo settore. The theme of poverty and income support tools is re-proposed in this issue of the magazine as a continuation of the previous one. The emphasis, however, is placed on the experiments that bodies and institutions have also started autonomously or with the help of the third sector.
An Innovative Coupling Solution for Power Line Communication in MV Electrical Networks

One of the main problems in the diffusion of power line communication (PLC) in medium voltage (MV) networks is the need of a dedicated PLC coupler to be installed all over the network. To avoid this problem, the authors have studied, prototyped and patented an innovative PLC coupling solution which uses electrical elements embedded in most of the switchgears already installed in MV networks, i.e. the capacitive dividers of the voltage detecting systems (VDS). The problem I discuss is whether the behaviors which are the product of the exercise of disciplinary power may be characterized as “normative”, and if so in what sense of the word “normative”. Disciplinary power is, I will say, the “inscription of norms” in the body of those who are subject to it. I distinguish two ways (“indirect” and “direct” inscription) in which norms may be inscribed, through the exercise of disciplinary power, in the body of the subjects, which I dub, respectively, “automatic execution (of norms)” and “normative automatisms”. The negative interpretation of body sensations (e.g., as sign of a severe illness) is a crucial cognitive process in pathological health anxiety (HA). However, little is known about the nature and the degree of automaticity of this interpretation bias. We applied an implicit association test (IAT) in 20 subjects during functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) to investigate behavioral and neural correlates of implicit attitudes towards symptom words. Dopo avere esaminato le due sfide educative del presentismo e del passatismo come espressione dell’eccesso di tempo che contraddistingue la surmodernità, viene ribadita la valenza educativa della storia. In particolare, la memoria storica, interpretata alla luce del paradigma elaborato dalla ricerca storico-educativa e dei programmi scolastici presentati nel corso del Novecento in Italia, rivela tutta la sua efficacia educativa in quanto ricostruzione di molteplici e diversificate memorie.
