International audience; 1.Environmental microbial communities are now widely studied using metabarcoding approaches, thanks to the democratization of high‐throughput DNA sequencing technologies. The massive number of reads produced with these technologies requires bioinformatic solutions to be treated. Incidence and survival of human pathogens in French soils, impact of land use, pedoclimatic and biologic soil factors

Soil contamination by bacterial pathogens can occur through manure, sewage sludge spreading or irrigation using waste water treatment plants effluents. Agricultural soils may act as reservoirs for these pathogens, play a significant role in their dissemination, leading to the potential contamination of food and water resources. Bank-firm credit network in Japan. An analysis of a bipartite network

We present an analysis of the credit market of Japan. The analysis is performed by investigating the bipartite network of banks and firms which is obtained by setting a link between a bank and a firm when a credit relationship is present in a given time window. In our investigation we focus on a community detection algorithm which is identifying communities composed by both banks and firms. We show that the clusters obtained by directly working on the bipartite network carry information about the networked nature of the Japanese credit market. Potametum alpini Podbielkowski 1967 w starorzeczach południowo-zachodniej Polski

The paper presents the distribution and habitat conditions of Potametum alpini communities (class Potametea) in oxbow lakes of south-western Poland. A study done in 2000–2015 identified 11 localities of this community in oxbow lakes. The threats to Potametum alpini in south-western Poland include changes in the levels and physicochemistry of the water.
