This research starts from human capital theory to study the production and valorization of competences in the labor market. Using the potentials and constraints of the neo-classical approach, the incorporation of other areas of economic science as well as other social sciences contributions are proposed. The aim of the present research is to study the essence, structure, implementation, and indicators of the concept of the digital transversal competence of university students for its improvement in the study process. This article includes the relevance of transversal competences and the essence of the concept of digital competence. This concept is then developed, the methodology of digital competence assessment and measurement is adapted, and the content analysis method was used to classify and analyze the expression of digital competence in eight professional areas.

Background Torquetenovirus (TTV) viremia is emerging as a promising tool to assess functional immune competence, to predict posttransplant immune-related complications, and eventually to customize immunosuppression. Methods In this study, 327 blood samples were tested using two real-time PCR (rtPCR) assays both targeted to the untranslated region of the TTV genome. The first assay was an in-house rtPCR developed by our group, the second one was the recently marketed TTV R-GENE assay.
