A pesar que la medida de privación de libertad exige una atención especial por ser la más restrictiva de derechos y dirigirse a uno de los colectivos de mayor vulnerabilidad, los menores de edad, son escasos los estudios sobre estos centros. Los centros de internamiento de medidas judiciales en España donde los adolescentes en conflicto con la ley cumplen una medida privativa de libertad no poseen un único registro donde localizarlos, son de difícil acceso y existen escasos estudios sobre ellos. Meniere’s disease is typically characterized by the classic symptomatological triad consisting of vertigo associated with nausea and vomiting, fluctuating but progressive hearing loss, and tinnitus. Myths in microfinance

Microfinance – the provision of financial services to the poor – is high on the public agenda. We discuss and evaluate three myths regarding microfinance based on new data from rated microfinance institutions (MFIs). The first myth is that an efficient MFI needs to be shareholder owned; second that its governance should first and foremost address the potential conflict between owners and managers; and third that MFIs are drifting away from their poorer customers towards serving the wealthier. The data do not support any of these myths. We conclude that microfinance is a viable business model.

L’anàlisi d’aquests conflictes ens permet apropar-nos a la realitat efectiva d’un privilegi fiscal poc conegut en la seua incidència i derivacions.
Moral Conflicts as a Motor of Moral Identity Development at Work: Self-Awareness and Micro Processes in Weekly Experiences

Based on the identity process model, we investigated developmental differences in moral identity between leaders by analyzing their personal experiences of and reactions to actual moral conflicts at work. Using a longitudinal (16-week) qualitative design, we collected weekly moral conflict stories from ten leaders. First, after an inductive exploratory analysis we found that the leaders showed different levels of awareness (descriptive, reflective, and evaluative) with regard to how far they were able to identify their own role, values, feelings, and behaviors in each moral conflict.
