Summary: Reconstruction of the leg is particularly challenging especially when the defect involves its lower third. The options for lower leg reconstruction are very few because of the lack of local soft tissue available for transfer. Novel fasciocutaneous flaps nourished by perforator vessels have been developed and are increasingly used as a valuable local alternative to the local flaps, with their high complication rates, and to the microsurgical flaps, with their more difficult and specialized technique. Niniejszy artykuł podejmuje problematykę znaczenia wartości bezpieczeństwa prawnego – jej formalnych i materialnych aspektów - w świetle instytucjonalnych przemian ładu normatywnego i w kontekście aksjologii współczesnego konstytucjonalizmu. Wartość bezpieczeństwa prawnego stanowi jeden z fundamentów demokratycznego państwa. Refleksja konstytucyjna nie odwołująca się do wartości bezpieczeństwa prawnego, jak również nie wskazująca możliwych konsekwencji pomijania tej wartości jako konstruującej ład normatywny może prowadzić do destrukcji tego dyskursu.

Purpose This study investigates the difficulties involved in translating stakeholder expectations into action and maintaining legitimacy through the use of a performance measurement system (PMS) created in a Finnish regional development company (RDC). This longitudinal case study illustrates the fluctuating and socially constructed nature of legitimacy in the public sector. Search for pair production of first or second generation leptoquarks in proton-proton collisions at sqrt(s)=7 TeV using the ATLAS detector at the LHC

This paper describes searches for the pair production of first or second generation scalar leptoquarks using 35 pb−1 of proton-proton collision data recorded by the ATLAS detector at √s=7 TeV. Leptoquarks are searched in events with two oppositely-charged muons or electrons and at least two jets, and in events with one muon or electron, missing transverse momentum and at least two jets. After event selection, the observed yields are consistent with the predicted backgrounds. Leptoquark production is excluded at the 95% CL for masses MLQ<376 (319) GeV and MLQ<422 (362) GeV for first and second generation scalar leptoquarks, respectively, when assuming the branching fraction of a leptoquark…
