Cet article étudie les relations entre contrôle de gestion environnemental (CGE) et apprentissage organisationnel (AO) en inscrivant le modèle de Simons (1995) dans une perspective contingente. Par des facteurs stratégiques et organisationnels, ce modèle enrichi explique les liens entre les modes de contrôle (diagnostique et interactif) de Simons et les niveaux d’apprentissage (en simple et double boucle) d’Argyris et Schön (1978). Many works in management sciences are interested in the appropriation of management tools. On the other hand, few studies deal with the pre-appropriation phase, particularly of quality control tools. By understanding pre-appropriation as the first representations that the actors build of a tool, we wanted to know if an enabling management mode has an influence on them. An exploratory case study carried out in a component of a French public university, engaged in an AACSB accreditation process, allows us to draw some provisional conclusions: a partial capacitating steering mode influences pre-appropriation by giving rise to contrasting representations.

We present in this thesis two research projectson the optimal control of the space vehicles.In the first, we have dealt with the orbit transferproblem. We study the minimum time control of a satellite that we want to reach a geostationary orbit. Our contribution is of two kinds. Geometric, first, since we study the controllability of the system together with the geometry of the transfer (structure of the command) by means of geometric control without state constraint tools (minimum principle).
