Herein, the development of a quantitative immunochromatographic assay for the detection of the synthetic phytoregulator forchlorfenuron (CPPU) is described. We contribute to the optimization of the sparse matrix-vector product by introducing a variant of the coordinate sparse matrix format that balances the workload distribution and compresses both the indexing arrays and the numerical information. Our approach is multi-platform, in the sense that the realizations for (general-purpose) multicore processors as well as graphics accelerators (GPUs) are built upon common principles, but differ in the implementation details, which are adapted to avoid thread divergence in the GPU case or maximize compression element-wise (i.e., for each matrix entry) for multicore architectures. International audience; Suite à une vingtaine d'années de recherche-action en collaboration avec une équipe d'enseignants, Jacques Fijalkow (psycholinguiste, Université de Toulouse) a élaboré une démarche d'apprentissage de la lecture-écriture nommée "ECLEC" (Ecriture, LECture). Cette démarche est expérimentée depuis plusieurs années par des enseignants qui ont suivi des stages de formation continue.Un dispositif d'évaluation de ces pratiques pédagogiques a été mis en place au cours de l'année scolaire 1998-1999 dans 48 classes de CP des départements de l'Aude et de la Haute-Garonne (19 classes expérimentales, 29 classes témoins).
