This thesis sought to identify mergers and acquisitions advisors’ perceptions of their own negotiation strategies in a typical negotiation. Additionally, the thesis examined the potential association between the first offer and a negotiator’s perception of his or her own negotiation strategy. This was researched empirically by presenting the negotiators two different first offer negotiation scenarios. In the first scenario, a buyer presented a first offer that was higher than a negotiator’s reservation value. Pneumococcal community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) is a leading cause of mortality. Following the introduction of pneumococcal conjugate vaccines (PCVs) in children, a decrease in the burden of the disease was reported. In parallel, an increase in non-vaccine serotypes was also noted. The objective of this study was to assess the current serotype-specific epidemiology of pneumococci among Italian older adults hospitalized for CAP. A prospective study was conducted between 2017 and 2020 in four Italian regions. Essi riprendevano ancora il modello degli antichi acquedotti romani, modello rilanciato nell'isola, negli anni Settanta del XVIII secolo, da Ignazio Paternò Castello, V principe di Biscari, che costruì un grandioso ponte acquedotto nel feudo di Aragona, presso Catania. Niniejsze opracowanie poświęcone zostało problematyce wniosku prokuratora o zmianę lub uchylenie prawomocnego postanowienia o stwierdzeniu nabycia spadku. Ingerencja prokuratora w postępowanie cywilne ma charakter wyjątkowy. Jest ona uwarunkowana potrzebą ochrony praworządności. Natomiast postępowanie cywilne służy zaspokajaniu interesów prywat-nych.
