Integral microscopy is a 3D imaging technique that permits the recording of spatial and angular information of microscopic samples. From this information it is possible to calculate a collection of orthographic views with full parallax and to refocus computationally, at will, through the 3D specimen. An important drawback of integral microscopy, especially when dealing with thick samples, is the limited depth of field (DOF) of the perspective views. The determination of mineral composition of foods involves, in most cases, the use of long and tedious sample preparation, which consumes acids and reagents and sometimes requires the use of expensive instrumentation. Weed detection by aerial imagery : toward weed management by UAV

The agricultural framework aims to reduce pesticide use on fields. Weed management, which is highly herbicide consuming, became a great issue. In order to develop a weed management service using UAV, this PhD dissertation studies how to adapt the acquisition system (UAV + multispectral camera) developed by AIRINOV to detect weeds in row crops. The acquisition chain was modeled to assess some of its parameters (optical filters and spatial resolution) impact on weed detection quality. Si ricostruisce il ricco patrimonio d’arte della chiesa e del monastero di San Nicolò di Bisacquino, scrigno d’arte perduto, e si identificano alcune opere salvate dalla dispersione. Dai dipinti di Mariano Rossi, che ornavano alcuni altari della chiesa, alle preziose opere, individuando in alcuni casi per queste ultime anche gli artefici. The rich art heritage of the church and monastery of San Nicolò di Bisacquino, a lost art treasure chest, is reconstructed and some works saved from dispersion are identified. From the paintings by Mariano Rossi, who adorned some altars of the church, to the precious works, identifying in some cases for the latter also the creators.

Šī pētījuma mērķis ir salīdzināt vienvalodu un divvalodu valodas apguvi un ieskicēt to līdzības un atšķirības, apsverot, vai bilingvisms pozitīvi vai negatīvi atspoguļo valodas apguves procesu.
