Simulation of Fatigue Delamination Growth in Composites with Different Mode Mixtures

A numerical model, obtained by implementing a cyclic damage model in the framework of an interface element, is here proposed to reproduce the crack growth in laminated composites subjected to cyclically repeated loads. This model, which differs from the few studies in the literature on the topic, applies not only to single fracture modes but also to mixed modes, and to constant or variable crack growth rates. The applied load (in terms of force or displacement) is assumed to oscillate between a minimum and a maximum constant value. Epileptic seizure detection using scalp electroencephalogram (sEEG) and intracranial electroencephalogram (iEEG) has attracted widespread attention in recent two decades. In recent times thorough changes concerning the treatment of the wedding vows take place. One of the ways to create a positive approach to marriage seems to be a solemn observation of marriage jubilees .The paper deals with the historical process of the development of the forms of observance concerning wedding anniversaries. However the main emphasis is put on the rites of wedding anniversary in post conciliar liturgical books. The reader may also become aware of the idea and history of pilgrimages organized on the occasion of the silver and golden marriage jubilees, considering also a strong and clear testimony to the importance of the wedding vows.
Internationalization and democratization interconnected : the Swedish and Finnish parliaments debating membership in the League of Nations in 1920

In the aftermath of the First World War, constitutions of European states were widely democratized and parliamentarized, and similar turns were expected in international relations as a consequence of the creation of the League of Nations. This comparative analysis of Swedish and Finnish parliamentary debates on the League membership focusing on conceptualizations of the national versus international demonstrates how democratization and internationalization merged discursively.
