A lo largo de 2014 y principios de 2015, casi todos los partidos políticos que se van a presentar a las elecciones de 2015 (locales, autonómicas y generales) van a realizar algún tipo de primarias para la selección de sus candidatos, a excepción del PP. Los partidos que celebran primarias abiertas en la Comunidad Valenciana -CV- son el PSPV - presenciales-, EUPV, Compromís y Podemos, estos tres admiten también voto por Internet y correo. Solo votaban en primarias los afiliados en UPyD (sin avales) y C´s (aval 10% censo). Sin primarias el PP. El candidato lo decide el dedo de Mariano Rajoy.

A mechanism of coalition formation in the metaphor of politics multiagent architecture

Hybrid Multi-Agent Architectures allow the support of mobile robots colonies moving in dynamic, not predictable and time variable environments in order to achieve distributed solving strategies that develop collective team-oriented behaviors for solving complicate and difficult tasks. The development of a new robotic architecture for the coordination of a robot colonies in dangerous, unknown and dynamic environment is outlined. The name of this new architecture is Metaphor of Politics (MP), because it loosely takes inspiration from the political organizations of democratic governments.

Stochastic Tension-Stiffening Approach for the Solution of Serviceability Problems in Reinforced Concrete: Constitutive Modeling

A number of studies have indicated that the tension-stiffening law is an important input parameter in a numerical analysis of serviceability (deformations and cracking) problems of reinforced concrete (RC) structures. The stochastic nature of concrete cracking, which results in a large scatter of experimental results, renders the constitutive modeling a very difficult task. Even data obtained from short-term tests are to some degree uncertain due to time-dependent processes occurring in concrete, such as shrinkage and creep relaxation. El gobierno de las cooperativas de crédito constituye el núcleo del análisis. In 1830, Belgian Catholics and Liberals had together adopted a constitution that declared the separation of church and state. The constitutional efforts of the Catholics in Belgium, Ireland, and Poland helped convince Hugues Felicite Lamennais (1782-1854) to give up his traditionalist demands in favor of liberal and democratic ones, which he defended in the journal L’Avenir (1830/31). Lamennais can be credited with being the first theorist to draw up a body of principles justifying from a Christian perspective a constitutional order that includes basic liberal rights and the separation of church and state.
