Šajā diplomdarbā tika pētīta mācību satura un valodas integrētas mācīšanās (CLIL) ietekme uz 12.klases skolēnu angļu valodas leksikas kompetences attīstību mācību priekšmetā “Politika un tiesības”. Autore uzskata, ka CLIL ir jābūt jaunās Latvijas izglītības pieejas būtiskai sastāvdaļai, jo tā nodrošina integrētāku un jēgpilnāku mācīšanos. Gadījuma izpēte tika izvēlēta kā pētniecības metode, un izpētes grupu veidoja 25 12.klases skolēni. Dati, kas tika iegūti no anketām, pirms-testa, pēc-testa un intervijām ar CLIL skolotājiem, tika analizēti, lai novērtētu CLIL ietekmi un CLIL stundas. This PhD thesis is an assemblage of papers addressing 1) disability, illness and physical activity; and 2) (post)qualitative inquiry. The thesis tackles the case of Patrick, a man living with poor prognostic cancer and paraplegia. Overall, it examines in-depth how narrative and material forces acted by shaping Patrick’s struggle of becoming, and which role physical activity played in his life post-diagnosis. Data was obtained from life-story interviews, participant-produced images in different formats and object interviews, as well as three years of informal interactions with Patrick. The paper analyses the multiple tax procedures to be developed by the different bodies of the Spanish Tax Authorities (tax management procedures, tax inspection procedures, tax collection and tax penalty procedures) in the case of appreciation of an alleged crime against the Public Treasury. To attain this goal, a study of the new Tax crime configuration after 2012´ criminal reform is carried out, as well as a study of Act 34/2015.

The permanent exhibition in the Archaeological Museum, which focuses on the history of the Delphic temenos and the events related to the famous oracle and omphalos, is analyzed through the complex and delicate relationship which the contemporary museum building has established with his context, as the archaeological site of Delphi can be read as an open-air museum, which was able to accumulate and settle inside its perimeter, in a variety of declinations, the architecture and the art of ancient Hellas.
