[EN] In this work we wanted to assess the effects of the use of learning-centered methods on various capabilities/abilities of some students and on their perception of the learning environment developed by their professors. The sample consisted of 231 third-year students from the University of Valencia. They belonged to three groups and they were studying the subject of Physiotherapy Cardio circulatory in the degree of Physiotherapy. We investigated child, family, and environmental factors associated with young children’s perceptions of locomotor (LM) and object control (OC) skills. The participants comprised 472 children (6.22 ± 0.63) and their parents. The children were assessed for their perception of motor competence in LM and OC skills (using the pictorial scale of Perceived Movement Skill Competence for young children), and actual motor competence (Test of Gross Motor Development 3rd edition and Körperkoordinationstest Für Kinder). Lipas on valtakunnallinen paikkatietokanta liikuntapaikoista, ulkoilureiteistä ja virkistysalueista. Lipas-tietokantaan kerätään tiedot Suomen julkisista, erityisesti kuntien omistamista liikuntapaikoista. Myös yksityisten yritysten ja yhdistysten hallinnoimia paikkoja löytyy tietokannasta. Tiedon tuottajina toimivat kuntien liikuntatoimen asiantuntijat yhteistyössä kunnan muiden toimialojen kanssa sekä virkistysalueyhdistykset ja lajiliitot. Consumer fitness technology products are becoming increasingly popular. This leads to interesting questions about the influence of activity trackers on a person’s motivation to exercise. This study explored the role of activity trackers in motivating fitness centre members towards exercising and in increasing their awareness regarding their own health and physical activity. Background: Complex regional pain syndrome is a painful and disabling post-traumatic primary pain disorder. Acute and chronic complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) are major clinical challenges. In Europe, progress is hampered by significant heterogeneity in clinical practice. We sought to establish standards for the diagnosis and management of CRPS. Methods: The European Pain Federation established a pan-European task force of experts in CRPS who followed a four-stage consensus challenge process to produce mandatory quality standards worded as grammatically imperative (must-do) statements. In historical centres the search for architectural and plant design solutions for the achievement of higher energy and environmental performances of buildings has to reconcile the preservation of the peculiarities of the building stock on the one hand and the economic efficiency of the interventions on the other one. The cost-effectiveness principle, which is adopted by European policies for the improvement of energy performances of the building stock, may be satisfied through the use of specific macro and micro-economic valuation models.
