This research starts from human capital theory to study the production and valorization of competences in the labor market. Using the potentials and constraints of the neo-classical approach, the incorporation of other areas of economic science as well as other social sciences contributions are proposed. We believe that the key notions economics of education - human capital and wages, are necessary but they are inadequate to explain the level of individual competence or his level of remuneration. 8 pages; International audience; In the protected area of the Cévennes National Park (Southern France), 114 wild brown trout (Salmo trutta fario) were captured at six locations affected to different extents by historical mining and metallurgy dating from the Iron Age to Modern Times. Cadmium and lead in trout livers and muscles reflect high sediment contamination, although an age-related effect was also detected for hepatic metal concentrations. Lead isotope signatures confirm exposure to drainage from mining and metallurgical waste. The 2012 campaign of the archaeological research project permitted the exhaustive excavations of the immediate surroundings of the southern nave of the abbey church of St Peter in Osor. The richness and the complexity of the discovered structures confirmed the great archaeological potential of this sector. Namely, a funeral zone that is situated south to the church is occupied by two buildings perpendicular to the church which we interpret as a mausoleum (the one on the west) and a chapel with one privileged burial (the one on the east). The authors of the article set as their goal the examination of the complex question of early Monasticism (up to the 11th century) in the Kvarner region, reconsidering the old archaeological data, the unpublished ancient results and the results of new archaeological surveys gathered since 2010 through the specific research program. Les paradoxes de l'emploi féminin sur le pourtour méditérranéen

Cette invitation originale à un voyage sur le pourtour de la Méditerranée permet de mieux appréhender les raisons de la colère des jeunes. L'analyse comparative dans quatorze pays révèle les paradoxes de l'emploi féminin dans des contextes sociaux, démographiques, culturels et économiques, plus ou moins distants, à la lumière de données statistiques les plus récentes. Ces contrées reflètent une image pessimiste : en écho d'une segmentation du marché du travail, le chômage frappe particulièrement la jeunesse, les itinéraires des jeunes femmes ressemblent à un dédale d'incertitudes et de contradictions. Pourtant, certains pays leur offrent davantage d'opportunités.
