The synthesis of secondary phosphine borane amino acids or dipeptides and their applications for the preparation of chiral ligands or for the grafting of fullerene, is described. These compounds were synthesized in good yield (up to 98%) without racemization. The principle of the synthesis is based on the alkylation of primary phosphine borane with a γ-iodo amino acid using phase transfer conditions. Tertiary diphosphine amino acids are obtained with 70% yield after a second alkylation. These compounds are one of the first examples of diphosphine grafted with a P-C bond on the side chain of amino acid. The increase in the rate of school counter-performance raises nowadays, the necessity to apprehend the mechanisms from which this failure stems and is cared for. The collected data revealed the content and worrying side of the academic failure at secondary schools level. Violemment bombardée en 1943, la cité campanienne de Bénévent a subi l'absence de conscience historique des décideurs de l'après-guerre. Un concours d'idées national vient d'être lancé pour la valorisation du secteur le plus dégradé du centre ancien. Le projet de l'équipe lauréate - Pasquale Culotta, Riccardo Florio et Andrea Sciascia - présentait aux yeux du jury l'intérêt d'avoir appliqué le principe de la contemporanéité à des hypothèses de travail et de principes d'intervention issus d'une compréhension sensible de la morphologie, de la topographie et du lieu.

Le passage des sociétés modernes aux sociétés postmodernes impose la réévaluation de la notion de sujet et des modalités de construction de la règle scolaire. Si, à l’école, le contrôle devient régulation, la question de la nécessaire intériorisation de la loi scolaire gomme celle de l’arbitraire et de la plurivocité des règles. La spécificité du système éducatif français tient à la construction historique républicaine de la laïcité, abusivement saisie comme neutralité politique ou religieuse. Le déni du caractère négociable et interprétatif des normes scolaires scelle le caractère politique de l’institution scolaire et les difficultés à penser collectivement le lien/lieu scolaire.
Production of written French skills by first generation immigrants in working age

This paper aims to identify factors explaining the level of proficiency in written French by immigrants in working age, knowing that few research has been conducted in France on this issue. The originality of this paper is the stochastic production frontier model to explain the scores in written French and the productive performance of immigrants (considered as producers of their own skills). The main results show that mother tongue, age at immigration, social life and mother's diploma are elements which influence the effectiveness of this production.
