enric.sanchis@uv.es El trabajo irregular y el no remunerado tienen una importancia considerable en el Estado español, por lo que el análisis de la estructura y evolución del empleo no puede hacerse al margen de ellos. En este artículo se ofrece una visión de conjunto de ambos fenómenos a partir de algunas de las investigaciones llevadas a cabo durante los últimos años. Casi la totalidad del trabajo no remunerado se hace en el ámbito de las relaciones familiares. Se calcula que dos tercios de la carga total de trabajo que soporta la economía española es trabajo doméstico no remunerado, mayoritariamente hecho por mujeres. El objetivo del trabajo fue doble: 1) Analizar las relaciones entre la eficacia de rol, la claridad de rol y el desempeño efectivo del rol como un indicador subjetivo del rendimiento; y 2) Examinar el papel de la claridad de rol como variable moduladora de la relación entre la eficacia de rol y el rendimiento, ambos objetivos en situaciones de ataque y de defensa en el fútbol. Doscientos noventa y cinco futbolistas varones de entre 12 y 16 años (M = 14.01, DE = 1.09) completaron los cuestionarios que evaluaban las variables del estudio. Characterization of an Italian biotype of clary sage (Salvia sclarea L.) grown in a semi-arid Mediterranean environment

An Italian spontaneous biotype of clary sage (Salvia sclarea L.) was evaluated for its suitability to be cultivated in a semi-arid area and for the influence of these growth conditions on the essential oil composition. Seeds gathered from a spontaneous biotype were sown directly in the field, using a seeding density calculated to achieve a plant population of 7 plants/m2. Essential oils from the inflorescences and leaves of plants harvested at full flowering and early seed ripeness stages were obtained by steam distillation and characterized by GC and GC–MS. Con la sentenza n. 16253/2020 la Suprema Corte ha affermato che l’assenza di nesso causale tra la cessazione di un appalto e il licenziamento del lavoratore integra un’ipotesi di manifesta insussistenza del fatto posto alla base del licenziamento - con conseguente applicabilità della tutela reintegratoria attenuta di cui all’art. 18, comma 5, della legge n. 300/1970 - non riconducibile, pertanto, agli altri casi in cui il giudice dichiara risolto il rapporto concedendo la sola tutela indennitaria forte (da dodici a ventiquattro mensilità).
Undeclared and precarious work between “flexicurity” and "social pollution". an heterodox approach

The paper critically addresses the origins of flexicurity and argues that it lacks an archetypical definition, especially in the formulation of the EU Commission. Hence, the paper, basing on a multidisciplinary literature, considers flexicurity as any balance between flexibility and security and, therefore, proposes ordering any set of contracts, providing the same balance and with the same regulatory framework, in “communities”. It is assumed, therefore, that communities can differ either in terms of a “protective” trade-off, where the differential is not a surrogate measure of security, or in terms of an economic trade-off, where it is met by the provision of social insurance or security.…
