Typologie des enclos dans les forêts du Châtillonnais (Côte d'Or)

Alors que de nombreux parcellaires sous forêts sont révélés par le Lidar et le plus souvent attribués à la période gallo-romaine, les parcellaires du Châtillonnais étudiés à travers les habitats par différents moyens ( relevés GPS, indices Lidar et prospections pédestres) donnent des indices d'une occupation plus ancienne. Ces habitats appréhendés par les structures externes en élévation se répartissent en groupes distincts par la forme de l'enclos qui les entourent, la présence ou non d'une construction en pierres. Pour une partie des enclos de forme quadrangulaire, la spécificité du matériel recueilli oriente vers une fonction cultuelle.

Penetration of 2% cyclosporin eyedrops into human aqueous humour.

The penetration into the eye and the systemic absorption of 2% cyclosporin eye drops were determined by polarisation immunofluorescent assay of cyclosporin in the aqueous humour and plasma of 30 patients at the time of cataract surgery. The results were then compared with the corresponding results after oral administration at a dosage of 5 mg/kg/day to three further patients. The maximum intraocular concentration (24 (SD 9) mg/l) was achieved four hours after topical administration. This level was slightly less than that found in aqueous humour (28 (SD 10) mg/l) 12 hours after systemic administration of the drug at a dosage of 5 mg/kg/day. Continental collision of the Kalahari and the Congo craton in Africa and the Rio de la Plata Craton in South America resulted in a structurally complex Neoproterozoic belt system, the Kaoko–Dom Feliciano–Ribeira belt. It is uncertain whether these three cratons collided more or less simultaneously during one single orogenic event at ∼580–550 Ma or whether the belt owe its structural and metamorphic features to several so far poorly constrained events. L'article fait le point sur les enceintes néolithiques identifiées dans les départements bourguignons, principalement Yonne et Côte d'Or. On dénombre ainsi environ 180 sites aménagés défensivement. En plaine, les enceintes privilégient l'installation le long des cours d'eau principaux (Yonne, Armançon, Serein, cours amont de la Saône), à la confluence avec un ru de moindre importance dont le bassin versant s'ouvre sur un "arrière pays" qui offre des opportunités d'échanges. Ainsi s'esquisse un modèle d'occupation du territoire qui débute avec le Cerny et qui évolue jusqu'au Néolithique récent.
