Pasaulē pieaug Clostridium difficile izraisītu infekciju (CDI) izplatība un smaguma pakāpe, virulentu C.difficile celmu izplatības dēļ. Terapijā un CDI kontrolē ir būtiska ticama toksinogēnu C.difficile diagnostika (TCDD) un informācija par to antibakteriālo jutību. Darba mērķis bija izvērtēt TCDD metožu ticamību, tās salīdzināt un raksturot C.difficile antibakteriālo jutību, nosakot minimālo inhibējošo koncentrāciju (MIC). Tika salīdzināts, Rīgas Austrumu klīniskajā universitātes slimnīcā, klīnika „Gaiļezers” (RAKUS KG), TCDD izmantotu metožu specifiskums un jutīgums, raksturota C.difficile izolātu antibakteriālā jutība pret metronidazolu un vankomicīnu. Artikkelissamme identifioimme tilastollisella avainsana-analyysillä Suomi24-keskustelufoorumilla tuotettuja lesboerityisiä diskursseja, joissa – toisin kuin homodiskursseissa – keskitytään seksuaaliseen suuntautumiseen, sukupuoleen ja ulkonäköön. Lesbodiskursseja tarkastelemme edelleen teoriavetoisen kriittisen lähiluvun avulla. Analyysi nostaa esiin keskusteluja, joissa heteronormatiivisuuden kautta määrittyvä lesbous voidaan kokea hyvinkin ristiriitaiseksi ja ahdistavaksi. AbstractChange is a constant element of online games, and Overwatch as well as its playable characters have been through multiple changes since the launch of the game in 2016. In this chapter, we examine the relationships players have with the playable characters of Overwatch and specifically the role that character mechanics have in these relationships. Changes to game characters are a topic of avid discussion in Overwatch communities and evoke articulations of the meaning of game characters for the players.

Le projet d'aménagement a occasionné un diagnostic archéologique sur une surface avoisinant les 7 hectares. Au sein des 173 structures relevées au cours de cette opération, deux occupations se distinguent : une première datée des débuts du second âge du Fer (La Tène ancienne) et une seconde datée du IIe s. de notre ère. La plus ancienne a été identifiée par la présence de mobilier piègé dans des trous de poteau. Si la nature domestique de cette occupation est avérée, son extension sur l'emprise diagnostiquée reste problèmatique à définir. In Burgundy, the enclosure is strongly linked to the viticulture. Nevertheless, its meaning, its origin and its history remain quite unknown. This paper proposes a survey in medieval and modern sources in order to question the chronology of the practice and its value (or values) on the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune. On the Burgundian hillside, the rhythm of enclosure appearances is discontinuous: it is marked by two major peaks, one at the turn of the 12th and 13th centuries, the other between the 19th and 20th centuries. Syncytial mutations of herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1) strains ANG, ANG path, HFEM, tsB5 and HSZP cause extensive cell fusion and were mapped to the cytoplasmic domain of glycoprotein B (gB), within the syn 3 locus. These strains are so far the only ones which show the phenotype ‘fusion from without’ (FFWO): 60 min after infection with high m.o.i., cells in a tissue culture are fused without transcription and translation of the viral genome.
